I definitely thought it was a higher quality sweater. It's a shiny polyester fabric with the colors printed on it. Probably my lease favorite method of getting a pattern on fabric, because it has a tendency to fade with stretch, and the quality feels lower than advertised. I wore it with my own 50th Anniversary TOS badge on it for a work event. I was staticky and shiny all day. At least it was a little warm..
The quality is acceptable, the size however was at least one size wrong. I ordered a 3xl - it is labelled 3XL but it is a 2XL or possible just an XL. I wonder if Asian sizes are being used instead of European.
I fortunately ordered the 5x, and it just fits thanks to stretch. The dimensions are a bitt off, it's quite long. And the zipper is very low quality.
BUT, for the price you can't beat it! I'm happy enough!
