Not accurate, decent quality.
First: No customer service exists. Quality of the badge and pips themselves were reasonable, but the attachment piece that clamps on the pin from behind was not good. Three of mine broke and those that did not break also did not clamp tightly onto the costume. For this price, a magnetic attachment system would have been much better. They did not use magnetic material for the badge and pips, so I glued mine on. Lame.
I emailed them about another issue but did not receive a response. I felt that it is important to mention this since this product was part of the same order.

It is definitely very sturdy and will last, but it is extremely heavy. It drapes the cloth if put on light pieces of clothing. Plus, there is a 0.5cm space between the badge and its pin closure (see photo), so for example it does not "stick" to a tshirt but leaves a visible gap. I bought it to do a subtle halloween costume, but I cannot use it that way. Disappointing unfortunately.
